    The vast majority of the exercises can be done with no equipment at all. For the speed, agility, and quickness drills, it’s helpful to have some cones, but not mandatory.

    Several of the power and core exercises do use equipment that’s commonly found in a basic weight room. But if you don’t have access to a weight room, you can use some creative substitutions to get a similar effect. For example – use a bench or step instead of a plyo box… use a soccer ball or basketball instead of a medicine ball… or use body weight instead of a barbell.
